Human Design Energy Type:

If Human Design is a phone… your energy type is the phone model.

 

Each type is powered differently, has different battery life, and has a specific “way of working.” The iPhone Pro doesn’t work the same way an Android does or a Nokia. (This is not to say that any of the design types are as ancient and useless as the Noika…. Just go with the metaphor okkk?)

 

The main point to remember is that your Type is how your energy ebbs and flows. It's how you navigate the world around you, opportunities and relationships.

 

There are five energy types in Human Design.

 

Manifestor aka the Initiator:

• Designed to start the fire, follow their urges, and trailblaze for the rest of us but only in bursts and not for extended periods of time. They are trains on a track or they are no where to be found and that’s the way it’s gotta be!

   

Generator aka the Builder:

• Designed to create life force energy and go-go-go but only if they find their tasks meaningful and enjoyable. Otherwise, they will drag themselves through life, chronically frustrated.

 

Manifesting Generator aka the Multi-faceted Powerhouse:

• Designed to move at warp speed and participate in many passions at once. They are a manifestor/generator combo and can burnout if they aren’t excited AF about life or they are force to be a uni-tasker.

   

Projector aka the Guide:

• Designed to be a guide for the rest of us, always flying above the trees, seeing the whole picture and the system that’s most effective for longevity and happiness. They need excessive amounts of rest and will whither away if they are forced to work a 40+ hour work week.

   

Reflector aka the Cosmic Mirror:

• Designed to reflect the health and wellness of their communities and improve our welfare. But if they are surrounded by the wrong people and the wrong things, they will live life in epic disappointment.
