When you sign-up for coaching, my goal is that you feel the maximum level of comfort, like we're two besties casually planning total world domination. We should work on your dreams in a way that expansive and flexible.

 

Session Format Options:

  • You have the option of Zoom, FaceTime, or phone call for our 1:1 sessions. 

  • You are ALWAYS welcome to be off-camera! Sometimes, we just need to be in a messy bun, PJs, stuffing our face with noodles while we evolve into our highest self.

 

Encouraged Session Environments:

  • Walking sessions are welcome and encouraged! As someone with a defined root center (per my Human Design) walking is when I am MOST creative and maybe you are too!

  • Joining sessions from coffee shops, live from Passenger Princess seat, while pumping, on your porch swing, or other relaxed environments should be normalized! As long as your surroundings do not create excessive distractions, let's redefine how we work and be as flexible as possible.
